FAQ

Why work with a coach?

Working with a coach helps you to discover and address the gaps in your leadership and organizational plans. They serve as a sounding board, resource connector and trusted advisor.

How does the coaching process work?

Leadwell coaching is not curriculum driven. We work with the leader to discover their individual coaching needs and craft development plans to address those needs. The twice a month sessions are conversational in nature, reviewing progress, addressing roadblocks, celebrating successes and mapping out the most impactful in-between session actions that drive personal growth and impact.

What are the typical issues/challenges tackled in coaching?

The issues and challenges are as broad as the scope of leaders. In addition to the subject matter expertise of the coaches, we help leaders address personal leadership gaps – managing team, personal discipline, work rhythms, etc. This often includes troubleshooting the most immediate challenges being faced real time in a coaching session.
